Rules & Regulations:
 
The following rules apply to this campground for your protection, and safety, so that everyone may have an enjoyable and memorable stay. We are happy to have you stay with us and we hope you come again!
 
1.) The only credit cards we accept are MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payments by Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.
 
2.) We charge a refundable damage/cleaning/key deposit on all cabins & campsites. If you lose your cabin key you will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee.
 
3.) Checkout time for cabins is 11:00 a.m.. All other sites are 1:00 p.m. When checking out, all people must be off your campsite or out of your cabin. so that we can make our inspection to return your deposit. CHECK OUT AT OFFICE IS REQUIRED!
 
4.) Check in time is 2:00 p.m. for all cabins and campsites.
 
5.) Smoking is prohibited in cabins, bathouse, and store.
 
6.) All visiting vehicles/persons entering the campground are charged a $5.00 per person fee and are required to register at the office if staying over night. It is your responsibility to ensure their registration. All visitors to your campsite are charged $2.00 per person and are required to register with the office. If any visitors bypass the office and come directly to your campsite, you are asked to bring them back to the office for proper registration. It is your responsibility to ensure their registration. You are held responsible for your visitor's fees and actions.
 
7.) All vehicles entering the campground must be registered with the office. Only two vehicles are allowed per campsite. Only licensed vehicles are allowed, no ATV's, mini-bikes, gas scooters, dirt bikes, etc. Special arrangements may be made for more than two vehicles.
 
8.) Drivers must be at least 16 years of age to operate any motorized vehicle and must posses a valid driver's license.
 
9.) Please observe the 10mph speed limit throughout the entire property.
 
10.) Children are not allowed to play or ride their bikes in the parking lot in front of the store. The parking lot is not a playground.
 
11.) Children under 12 must be accompanied at ALL times when visiting the bathhouse and rest rooms.
 
12.) Parents or Guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children and will be held liable to pay for any damages or acts of vandalism by their children.
 
13.) Please respect other campers' rights and privileges and campsites. Please do not allow children to run through or play on other campers' sites.
 
14.) Quiet time is from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. All children must be within the campground itself by 10:00 P.M. and at their own campsite by 11:00 P.M.
 
15.) Alcoholic beverages must be contained to the campground. Licensing regulations prohibit alcoholic beverages from being carried into the store or parking lot.
 
16.) Absolutely no food fights, shaving cream fights, or other similar type activities allowed on property.
 
17.) No excessive alcohol use. No underage drinking.
 
18.) No illegal drug use.
 
19.) No foul or abusive language. WE ARE A FAMILY CAMPGROUND
 
20.) No firearms or projectile weapons of any kind allowed, including but not limited to: paintball guns, BB guns, pellet guns, blow guns, slingshots, bows and arrows, etc.
 
21.) No fireworks, of any kind allowed in campground or on campground property.
 
22.) Campfires are allowed in fire rings only, which are provided for you. In the event of an Official Burn Ban we cannot allow any fires.
 
23.) Do not put or burn any trash, garbage, or leftover food in fire rings or in grills. Please, do not dig any holes for your own fire pit. This is strictly against the rules and will not be tolerated. Fines and/or forfeiture of deposit may be imposed.
 
24.) Use only charcoal in grills; no wood or paper or trash in grills.
 
25.) NO LITTERING! Garbage is to be discarded in appropriate containers. There is a large dumpster at the entrance of the campground for your garbage, and we have garbage bags available in our office for our campers.
 
26.) Do not cut timber/trees on the campground. Both local and state fines may be assessed. ($500.00 minimum) Firewood is for sale at our store for your convenience.
 
27.) Do not nail or attach anything to trees or other vegetation or structures (i.e.; cabins).
 
28.) Do not place candles against cabin doors or walls.
 
29.) Hang lanterns from ropes suspended between trees or a lantern holder. Do not attach lanterns directly to trees.
 
30.) Rocking chairs in cabins may be placed outside on your site; however they are not to be removed from your site for any reason. Also, picnic tables and fire rings are not to be removed from their individual sites.
 
31.) Clotheslines are allowed at a minimum of 6.0' (feet) high. Clotheslines must be removed when you depart.
 
32.) Cabins and campsites must be kept clean while occupied and completely cleaned of all trash and debris upon your departure, except for grills and fire rings, unless there is garbage in them. Upon inspection, any trash or debris that requires clean up must be cleaned up by the camper(s) in order to have your deposit returned to you; otherwise your deposit will be forfeit. A broom and dustpan are in each cabin for your convenience. Bed linens and pillows are to be returned to the office.
 
33.) We do our best to keep tree limbs cleaned up for your safety. We are not responsible for damage caused by "Acts of God".
 
Please note: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for the loss of money, or valuables.
 
Rules are subject to change.
 
Violation or failure to comply with any of these rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or eviction from the campground. We have the right, by law, to evict anyone for noncompliance. Please report any rule violations to the office.
